Starting Pay Rate: Per Adjunct Faculty Pay ScaleThe pay rates are aligned with the terms outlined in the collective bargaining agreement.https://www.harpercollege.edu/about/directory/hr/index.phpSchedule Information: PHY I21, June 1-July 26, MW from 8am-11:30am and TR from 8am-10:50am.PHY 122, June 1-July 26, MW from 6pm-8:50pm and TR from 6pm-9:30pm.PHY 201 Mechanics, May 18-July 12, from noon-3:50pm and W from noon-3:50pmJob Description: Teaching PHY I21 and/or PHY I22 and/or PHY 201Education Requirements: Master's degree in physics or appropriate engineering discipline with a minimum of 18 graduate-level coursework in appropriate physics and/or engineering courses; or master's degree in a related field with 18 credit hours in graduate-level physics.Experience Requirements: Previous experience teaching algebra-based at the college level, use of microcomputer-based labs and ability to work with course management systems such as Blackboard are preferred qualifications.
