Machine Operator/Forklift Operator

We are seeking dependable *Production Operators* to support manufacturing, packaging, shipping, and receiving operations. This is a hands-on production role involving manufacturing equipment, packaging machinery, material handling, quality checks, and maintaining a safe work environment. *Key Responsibilities* * Perform depalletization, production filling, product packaging, palletization, shipping, and receiving activities. * Operate paint-making control systems and manufacturing equipment such as pumps and valves. * Operate packaging equipment including robotics, filling machines, case packers, labelers, and related machinery. * Operate forklifts and assist with unloading dry and liquid materials. * Load trucks with finished products. * Monitor product quality, including fill levels, fill weights, package appearance, production cycles, and raw material documentation. * Follow all safety procedures and participate in plant safety programs and activities. * Report unsafe conditions using established safety reporting systems. * Read and follow work instructions throughout production, packaging, shipping, and receiving areas. * Participate in housekeeping activities to maintain a safe, clean, and clutter-free workplace. * Assist with training other General Production Operators as needed. * Be available to work different shifts when needed for vacations, overtime, or call-ins. *Requirements* * Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred. * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. * Strong attention to safety and quality. * Ability to perform physically demanding production duties. * Ability to operate or learn to operate manufacturing and packaging equipment. * Ability to work overtime or a different shift when required. * *Physical required.* * *Steel-toed boots required.* Eligible boot expenses may be reimbursed through Coupa.
