As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patrons receive prompt, friendly, and efficient service while enjoying their meals. *Duties* * Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner. * Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. * Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated to the kitchen staff. * Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all orders are correct and meet quality standards. * Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. * Process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems, handling cash and credit transactions responsibly. * Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health standards in the kitchen area. * Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized dining environment. *Requirements* * Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change. * Familiarity with POS systems; experience with Aloha POS is a plus. * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary standards is advantageous. * A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to guest relations are essential for success in this role.
