The candidate will be a member of the Assault Team (APR-39) providing support to various IPT's.The Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Analyzes data to identify risk to cost, schedule and performance and recommends mitigation strategies to reduce risk to products.Duties and Responsibilities Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives in a timely manner.Works with IPT's to coordinate cross‐functional team activities.Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.Actively participates in acquisition round table events and activities and provides valuable input.Tracks program/project status and schedules.Drafts and edits SOW Data Calls.Applies government‐instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.Required Experience Journeyman – 3 to 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.Required Education Journeyman – BA/BS degree.Allowable Substitution Associate's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.Desired Experience Experience with AMS, CSPT, PMT CDRL tool desired.Experience with Contracts desired.FMS experience is preferred but not required.Familiarity with the AMS tool is a plus, though not required, but with a willingness to complete training and collaborate with other BFMs to get up to speed is key.Willingness to travel is highly desired.Hybrid Work Disclaimer This position may allow for hybrid work; however, employees must be able and willing to travel and provide in‐office or on‐site support as required by customer requirements, project demands, or business needs.Security Clearance & Citizenship Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. The salary range for this position is $78,433.26–$117,649.90 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
