Remote - Customer Experience Representative

About the Opportunity:The Customer Experience Representative is a full-time role reporting to the Contact Center Manager. This position is critical to delivering customer service and supporting the company''s growth by managing customer interactions across multiple communication channels, including phone, SMS, chat, and email. The role contributes directly to customer satisfaction and rental conversions.3. Responsibilities:• Manage customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and video to provide empathetic and effective service• Handle customer complaints with proper communication and documentation• Achieve sales goals through inbound communication, including new rentals and product cross-selling• Process payments and assist with collections while ensuring compliance• Maintain efficiency standards such as average handle time and response rate• Collaborate with team members and leadership to support operational goals• Attend all scheduled meetings and maintain punctuality• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders including site personnel and managers4. Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent• Minimum one year experience in a contact center or customer support role• Residency in the state of Mississippi• Preferred phone sales experience• Bilingual Spanish skills preferred• Proficiency in chat communication is a plus• Strong multitasking and time management abilities• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Experience in conflict resolution and sales5.
