Our employees are highly trained, motivated, and committed to serving our customers with excellence.Position SummaryThe Warehouse / Delivery Driver is responsible for accurate order fulfillment, safe and timely product delivery, and maintaining company vehicles and warehouse organization to Eckart standards. This role requires accountability, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship.Duties And ResponsibilitiesWarehouse ResponsibilitiesAccurately receive, stock, pull, and stage materialsVerify product accuracy and box counts prior to loadingOrganize warehouse and yard inventory efficientlyMaintain clean and orderly warehouse spaceComplete all required paperwork accuratelyRestock materials as neededCoordinate communication with Inventory, Operations, Purchasing, Scheduling, and AccountingPerform general warehouse maintenance duties Delivery ResponsibilitiesLoad delivery trucks accurately and safelyConfirm box counts before departure and at time of unloadingDeliver product to customers and job sites in a timely and professional mannerEnsure deliveries are accurate and completeTake clear, professional photos at each delivery dropObtain required delivery confirmations Truck & Equipment ResponsibilitiesAny available company truck may be assigned for useMaintain truck cleanliness (interior and exterior)Perform basic daily vehicle checks (fuel, fluids, tires, lights)Report any damage, mechanical issues, or safety concerns immediately within the same shiftOperate forklift and warehouse equipment safely Skills And CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent time management skillsClear and professional communicationStrong organizational skillsAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented with a positive attitudeAdaptable and dependableAbility to lift 50+ pounds Experience And EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious warehouse experience preferredPlumbing or Electrical industry knowledge a plusForklift certification preferredExperience using computer systemsClean driving record (required for insurance approval)Must have or be able to obtain a Drive for Hire endorsement Final candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
