Overview As Propellant Chemist in the SRM Product Center, you will own the end-to-end development of new propellant chemistries for state-of-the-art solid rocket motors. You will work with ballistics, energetics, and production partners to translate requirements into manufacturable hardware, shaping performance and reliability. You’ll design tests with the Troy Energetics Laboratory and lead a team of chemists while communicating progress to stakeholders. This role blends hands-on formulation work with programmatic planning and risk assessment in a mission-driven aerospace environment.
