Newly Opening Silverlake Ramen in Van Nuys Hiring Dish Masters! The dishwasher, is instrumental in keeping business flowing smoothly and efficiently. You are the foundation of our entire staff, from the front of the house to the back of the house, they will rely on you to keep their tools and space clean and sanitary. Dishwashers are responsible for ensuring the entire stock of bowls, cookware and silverware is cleaned throughout a shift. Sanitation, Cleanliness and Organization are the key to success in this position. The dish area must remain sanitized and free of debris and trash to ensure a clean work space. Once cleaned, dishes must be dried, stacked and put away properly. In this position you must keep up with a constant fast pace. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of food and safety standards.
