Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cleaning Specialist located in Selma, AL. The Cleaning Specialist will be responsible for daily tasks such as performing thorough cleaning of homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. The role also includes specialized tasks such as carpet cleaning and window cleaning to meet client needs. You will ensure all cleaning standards and guidelines are met while providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications Experience with Commercial Cleaning and Home/House Cleaning tasksKnowledge of Carpet Cleaning procedures and techniquesSkills in Window Cleaning and attention to detail in specialty areasStrong time management and organizational abilitiesCapacity to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyPhysical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift equipment as neededPrevious experience in cleaning services or a related field is preferred but not mandatoryProfessional demeanor and a customer-focused mindset
