Job description:Clinical SupervisorIntegrative Wellness, LLC - If you are looking to grow to your potential, come grow with us!SUMMARY: The primary responsibility is to provide clinical and administrative supervision (ex: case consultation, time card approval, caseload management, productivity reports) to clinical staff. The Clinical Supervisor position is an integral part of the management team and successfully collaborates with colleagues to ensure overall program and agency effectiveness. The Clinical Supervisoris responsible for improving the overall program and using clinical and administrative knowledge to improve the way services are delivered and documented.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain a caseload of 10-20 clientsMaintain confidentiality of records relating to clients' treatment.Provide on-going individual supervision as assigned.Recruit and train staff, including interns.Oversee the delivery of quality clinical services and compliance with agency policy.Assist and supervises caseload management.Assist in the development of program policies and procedures to ensure agency compliance with funding sources.Ensure that client service expectations are met for direct report supervisees.Ensure that all paperwork is complete, accurate and deadlines are met.Participate in supervisors meetings, staff meetings, agency wide meetings, utilization review meetings, morale and team building events.Comply with and set example for agency guidelines, policies and procedures.Comply with applicable professional licensing requirements and ethical standards including maintaining required supervision CE hours.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Maintain agency, coworker, and client confidentiality and abide by the Data Privacy Act and the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act.REQUIREMENTS:Masters degreeLCSW, LMHC, or HSPP credential in good standing with Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.Minimum 3 years experience, prefer prior supervision but not required.Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to write clear and concise reports.Knowledge of and experience with providing substance abuse and mental health assessments and counseling.Knowledge of evidence based practices and therapeutic treatment models including CBT, MI and other.Job Types: Full-timePay: NegotiableJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Life insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceEducation:Master's (Required)Experience:Therapist & Counselor Supervisors: 3 years (Preferred)License/Certification:Professional License (Required)Work Location: In person
