Technical Support Engineer

Pro4ia is seeking a Technical Support Engineer – Level 2 to join its global IT services team in the United States. The role focuses on off-site and on-site technical support for Windows desktop/server environments, MAC OS, Citrix, VMware, and related Microsoft technologies. You will provide level 2/3 support, handle complex desktop/server/network issues, and contribute to documentation and client relations within a managed service context.
