As a Baker, you will be passionate about baking, quality and creating delicious desserts!KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for frying donuts, placing toppings, and decorating needed pastries and breadCarrying out operations and productions that take place in the kitchenBaking recipes and preparing all dessertsGeneral Oven Duties (Checking dough conditioner)Preparing all needed materials and ingredientsResponsible for scaling and shaping of all breads, loaves, and pastriesSanitization procedures, maintaining overall cleanliness of workstation and kitchenGeneral knowledge of production methods and organization of bread productionMust be able to prioritize and finish all tasks assigned for the daily bakingEnsuring work place is safe and hygienic for all employees and guestsReceive, stock, and store food in designated containers and storage areas in an organized mannerInform supervisors when equipment is not working properly and manage when food supplies are getting lowComplete various reports for records such as production, usage, and waste  Perform other related duties as assignedWHAT YOU NEED TO HAVEKnowledge of food production process, sanitization, and quality programKnowledge of food-producing techniques, food microbiology, and food sanitary safety practice/procedureFood safety, food labeling, nutrition related knowledge (including FDA)Confectionery/Foods major recommendedFood Handler's Certificate preferred  Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentAbility to multi-taskMultiple priority management abilitiesFeedback is a gift!
