Heavy Civil Project Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager to oversee projects from kickoff through closeout. This role is responsible for managing field operations, schedules, budgets, and client coordination to ensure safe, profitable, and on-time delivery.You’ll work closely with Superintendents, Foremen, and Operations leadership to drive production, maintain quality standards, and protect project margins.  ResponsibilitiesManage multiple heavy civil projects simultaneouslyOversee schedules, budgets, and cost trackingCoordinate daily with Superintendents and field crewsLead project meetings with owners, engineers, and stakeholdersReview production reports, safety documentation, and vendor invoicesManage change orders from scope review through approval and billingPrepare pay applications and support timely project closeoutMaintain accurate project documentation and controls  Qualifications5+ years of heavy civil construction project management experienceStrong understanding of underground utilities, earthwork, grading, or related civil scopesProven ability to manage project financials and protect marginsAbility to work effectively with field leadership and crewsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsWork EnvironmentCombination of office and field work. Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
