Program Management Analyst

Role Description rockITdata is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Analyst to join our team supporting a mission-critical Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) program. This position runs the PMO battle rhythm and cross-cutting coordination spanning program management, personnel access, and governance. Manage action items, meeting minutes, decision logs, and deliverable review cycles Maintain program artifacts, schedules, trackers, briefings, risk registers, issue logs, and dependency logs Run personnel clearance, credentialing, badging, onboarding, and access-coordination status reporting and escalation Support governance reviews, readiness trackers, and executive status materials Qualifications Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of relevant experience Experience supporting VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare organizations, health IT, telehealth, and Federal program management is preferred PMP or CAPM preferred Ability to obtain a Level 3 Public Trust Benefits #LIREMOTE Company Description Here at rockITdata, we are committed to following our 10 Guiding Principles.
