Accrual begins immediately upon start of work.401k with 4% employer match after 1 yearAnnual profit sharing planUse of company vehicleCredit card for fuelFastrak for bridge tollsUse of company laptop Flexible personal-time-off policy Responsibilities:Assist and manage multiple high-end residential remodels in San Francisco and southern Marin CountyUtilize JobTread for project specifications, change orders, schedules, and budgetsCollaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliersOversee the construction process from pre-development to post-constructionAssist with budgeting, document compilation, and reportingIdentify and issue Change OrdersResolve production problems and inefficienciesSupport production staff and ensure timely material ordersVerify subcontractor documentationExpectations:Confident, humble, eager, empathetic, and innovativeForward-thinking and accountable with excellent communication skillsTech-savvy and comfortable working onsite and in our San Francisco officeAble to stand or walk for extended periodsQualifications:1-3 years of experience working as a project manager in high-end residential remodeling in and around San Francisco. We don't consider experience with commercial work or public works projects as applicable to this position.Minimum of 5+ continuous years as a tradesperson working in the field, preferably as a carpenter. We must verify this work with your prior employers in order for you to be considered for this position.Intimate familiarity with the proper execution of all facets of residential construction and remodelingCan read architectural and structural plans and understand notationsFluency in English vocabulary, grammar, punctuation, and syntaxProficient in MS Excel and Word, Google Drive, Windows and project management softwareHigh-school diploma minimum / College degree a plusSpanish-language proficiency a plusClean DMV and criminal recordHave smartphone with data planAbility to pass drug testsLegal resident of the U.
