Server / Bartender

Job Overview: We are seeking Servers and Bartenders to join our team at a bustling restaurant. As a Server or Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. Duties: - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for service - Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs and resolving any issues that may arise Experience: - Previous experience working in food service or bartending role preferred but not required - Proficient in using POS systems, such as Toast POS, to process orders and payments - Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their preparation methods - Familiarity with time management techniques to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Experience in banquet or catering settings is a plus - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively If you are passionate about delivering outstanding service, have a strong knowledge of food and hospitality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to speak with you about a position at our restaurant!
