Let's chat!Salary Range: $125,000–$175,000, depending on experience and qualifications.What You'll Do Strategy & AdvisoryDevelop and execute data and analytics strategies aligned to client business objectivesAdvise executive stakeholders on analytics platforms, emerging technologies and measurable outcomesDesign and deliver strategic roadmaps that guide clients through data and analytics platform adoptionStay current on industry trends, AI capabilities and emerging technologies, and thoughtfully apply them where they create valueDeliver billable consulting services, including strategy engagements and hands-on analytics workClient Development & Account LeadershipBuild and maintain long-term client relationships rooted in trust and value deliveryPartner with sales and delivery teams to identify growth opportunitiesHelp clients understand the business value of analytics investments and define clear next stepsOwn strategic and technical account relationships and act as the strategic point of contact for assigned clientsRepresent InterWorks in key client conversations and strategic planning discussionsWhat You'll Need Must Haves5+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategic consulting, analytics or a related fieldProven experience building strategic roadmaps and linking business outcomes to data and analytics solutionsStrong understanding of the modern data and analytics ecosystem, including cloud platforms and analytics toolsAbility to identify automation and transformation opportunities where AI can drive operational efficiency and competitive advantageExperience advising clients on technology adoption, change management and long-term strategyFamiliarity with technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Sigma, dbt, Microsoft Fabric, Tableau and/or FivetranStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business narrativesTrack record of building executive relationships and operating effectively with senior client stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, consultative environmentWhat We'd Like You to HaveExperience with project management methodologiesFamiliarity with programming fundamentals like PythonBackground in strategy consulting, analytics consulting or digital transformation initiativesWhy InterWorksInterWorks is a people-focused tech consultancy that empowers clients with customized, collaborative solutions, and we love pursuing innovation alongside people who inspire us.
