Site Reliability Engineer

Job Opportunity7+ years of IT experience with strong exposure to production systems and 24×7 support environments.Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and DevOps practices.Extensive experience supporting large-scale eCommerce platforms with high availability and high transaction volumes.Strong experience in incident management, L1/L2 production support, root cause analysis (RCA), and complex production troubleshooting.Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools, including New Relic (APM, alerts, dashboards, performance monitoring) and Splunk; experience with additional monitoring tools is a plus.Working knowledge of Angular applications from an operational, monitoring, and troubleshooting perspective.Experience with CouchDB/Couchbase or other NoSQL databases.Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and application runtime diagnostics.Strong expertise in programming languages and scripting, with hands-on experience supporting automation, operational tooling, and backend troubleshooting.
