Family Nurse Practitioner
One Year Experience as a Nurse Practitioner
Shift: Days Shift
Education: Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Licensure: Active Nurse Practitioner license in Oregon.
Must have a valid unencumbered NP License for the state you will be working in
Previous in-home Risk Assessment experience preferred
2 years patient care experience preferred (primary care/adult/geriatric, EMR)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, PRN, Travel nursing
Pay: $120.00 - $130.00 per hour
