Lead Infant Teacher

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team and create a nurturing and stimulating environment for our young learners. Responsibilities - Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the educational needs of preschool children - Create engaging activities that promote the children's physical, mental, and social development - Monitor and assess student progress to provide a supportive learning environment - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns - Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning Qualifications - Previous experience in daycare, tutoring, or preschool teaching is preferred - Knowledge of educational methods such as Montessori or other child-centered approaches - Ability to educate young children in basic math, language, and social skills - Familiarity with standardized testing procedures is a plus - Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues effectively - A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is desirable - Passion for child welfare and creating a positive impact on young lives Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Schedule: 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Ability to Relocate: Mesa, AZ 85210: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
