He/she will foster a culture of teamwork and camaraderie with communication being at the forefront of team building.Job Functions:Create and promote a healthy team culture where individual employees have the capacity and feel empowered to work autonomously while striving to meet a common collaborative goalLead and inspire team members to continuously grow, learn, and evolve personally and professionallyHelp build an exceptional team that will uphold and deliver our mission, vision, and goals to employees and customersSet a prime example of professionalism, integrity, and dedication for the entire team to followExecute daily operations with meticulous attention to detailWork closely with all team members to ensure every customer interaction is met with an exceptional level of service and product knowledge, enhancing overall customer satisfactionCollaborate with the General Manager to train and mentor staff, fostering a high performing team culture that thrives on adaptability and resilienceImplement rigorous inventory control practices to minimize shrinkageOversee stringent cash handling procedures, meticulously managing registers, reconciling daily transactions, and ensuring accuracy and securityCollaborate with management to set and exceed sales targets, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies for consistent growthDrive sales by setting challenging targets, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies to achieve and exceed goalsUphold the highest standards of compliance with local and state regulations, guaranteeing the dispensary's ethical and legal operationsMediate and resolve customer/employee concerns and conflicts with the highest level of professionalism, defusing challenging situationsComply with all HR policies and employee handbook; maintain detailed documentation of all HR processesRegularly assess floor leads to offer constructive feedback that aids in their professional developmentPartner with the General Manager to effectively communicate and delegate goals, tasks, and responsibilities to the team to ensure a smooth operational flow?Other duties may be assignedQualifications:Minimum 21 years of ageMinimum of 2 years of retail management experience2-3 years in retail/hospitality managementOpen availability: able to work days, nights, holidays and weekendsStrong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft OfficePhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
