CPA Senior Manager, Technical Accounting

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting. Key Responsibilities Preparation of annual and interim U.S. GAAP financial statements and related footnotes Serve as primary liaison with external auditors, managing audit execution and issue resolution Research, analyze, and document complex technical accounting matters and draft related accounting policies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with an active CPA license 8-12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including a combination of Big 4 public accounting and/or industry experience Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and strong technical accounting capabilities, with required exposure to SEC reporting Demonstrated ability to independently evaluate complex accounting issues and develop well-supported conclusions Experience with stock-based compensation accounting and equity administration
