We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards Job Cost & Contract/Service Billing Expert with strong business process knowledge and hands-on implementation experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing project financial management, billing operations, and ERP-driven workflows— within the EPCC industry.This role requires a blend of functional expertise, system configuration skills, and cross-functional collaboration to support large-scale project environments.Key ResponsibilitiesJD Edwards Functional ExpertiseLead implementation and optimization of:Job Cost ManagementContract BillingService BillingConfigure and support end-to-end project lifecycle processes:Project setup & budgetingCost tracking & forecastingRevenue recognitionProgress and milestone billingTime & material billingManage contract structures, billing rules, retainage, and change ordersEnsure accurate project financial reporting and complianceProcess & Business OperationsAnalyze and map business processes for project accounting and billingRecommend and implement process improvements aligned with industry best practicesSupport integration with related modules:General LedgerAccounts ReceivableProcurementInventoryPayroll / Time EntryCollaborate with project controls, finance, and operations teamsImplementation & SupportLead ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancementsGather requirements and translate them into system configurationsConduct system testing (SIT/UAT) and support go-live activitiesProvide user training and documentationTroubleshoot functional issues and optimize system performanceIndustry-Specific (EPCC Preferred)Support large-scale capital project accountingHandle complex contract types:Lump SumCost PlusUnit PriceTime & MaterialManage multi-entity, multi-currency project environmentsSupport project controls, WBS structures, and cost breakdownsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field15+ years of hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experienceStrong expertise in:Job CostContract BillingService BillingProven ERP implementation experienceStrong understanding of project accounting principlesExperience working with cross-functional business teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience in EPCC / Construction / Engineering industriesKnowledge of project lifecycle management and project controlsExperience with system integrations and reporting toolsPMP, CPA, or ERP certifications (nice to have)Key SkillsERP Functional ConsultingProject AccountingBilling & Revenue ManagementBusiness Process ReengineeringSystem ImplementationStakeholder Communication
