Your primary objective is to manage guest seating efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. You will coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to handle reservations, manage waitlists, and address guest inquiries or concerns promptly. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and the overall success of the establishment.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or food service.Basic computer skills to manage reservations and seating charts.Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to stand for extended periods and manage a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications:Experience using reservation management software such as OpenTable or similar platforms.Knowledge of local dining trends and customer service best practices.Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse guest population.Certification in hospitality or customer service training.Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
