Who: Fortune 500 Motor Vehicle Manufacturing CompanyWhat: Martech Analytics DeveloperWhere: Torrance, CA (4 days/week onsite)Term: 6 month contract (likely to extend)Pay: $43-$50/hrDaily Responsibilities:Collaborate with the development team to implement, configure, and debug web analytics code on websites and Tag Management Systems (TMS) across Non-Prod and Prod environments.Develop front-end UI/UX components for privacy banners (opt-in/opt-out models) and personalization scenarios using JavaScript. Conduct code reviews and resolve privacy-related issues.Lead development efforts for customer journey analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to boost lead generation, customer engagement, and qualified shopping visits.Deploy A/B testing and personalized user experiences using Salesforce Personalization to drive key conversion goals.Support prompt engineering and Gen AI experiments for campaign performance optimization, including managing health propensity scores.Projects Involved:Cookie Tool Management projectCPPA (California Privacy Protection Act) compliance projectRequired Skills & Experience:Strong experience in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch TMS, OneTrust Cookie Tool, JavaScript, and jQuery, with a focus on asynchronous programming and DOM manipulation.Hands-on experience with Sitecore 10.0 and Salesforce Lightning Web Components.Proficiency in end-to-end Adobe Analytics implementation and production support using Web SDK.Knowledge of privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs), encryption methods, and privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, CPRA.Skilled in auditing/debugging Adobe Analytics and third-party tags (e.g., maintaining logs of active/expired pixels).Experience with Adobe Analytics APIs, real-time events, runtime functions, and plugin IDs.Familiarity with tools such as ObservePoint, MS Office 365, SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence.Ability to develop documentation, deliverables, and technical requirements for web analytics tracking and cookie inventory management.Experience developing campaign templates, site-wide JavaScript, and content zones using Salesforce Personalization.Nice to Have:Implementation experience with Salesforce Personalization (formerly Evergage) and other TMS platforms.Knowledge of OneTrust or formal training in the platform is a plus.
