Job DescriptionHIRING IMMEDIATELY: MATERIAL HANDLER IN ELGIN, ILAccurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Material Handler to join our team in Elgin, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for loading and unloading trailers, scanning and sorting merchandise, building and labeling pallets, picking and packing products, and maintaining accurate inventory. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and able to perform a variety of physical tasks while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Apply today to start your next opportunity!Pay, Schedule, and Location1st Shift: Sunday to Tuesday and Thursday to Saturday (Alternating Wednesdays) 6:00am-2:00pm/4:00pm $17.50/hour2nd Shift: Sunday to Tuesday and Thursday to Saturday (Alternating Wednesdays) 6:00pm-2:00am/4:00am $19.50/hourExcellent benefits package, including Medical, Dental, and VisionLocated in Elgin, IllinoisDuties and ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload trailers, scan incoming and outgoing merchandise, and build and label palletsPick, pack, sort, re-bag, re-ticket, replenish, and stock merchandise as neededVerify product and location accuracy, perform product counts and cycle counts, and complete inventory reconciliationsUse computer and RF systems to accurately enter and update product informationMaintain a clean, organized work area and follow all department procedures and operating guidelinesFollow company policies, training guidelines, best practices, and standard operating proceduresRequirements and QualificationsPrevious warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience preferredAbility to accurately scan, sort, pick, pack, and organize merchandiseBasic computer and/or RF scanner skills preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to follow written procedures, training guidelines, and verbal instructionsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environmentMust be able to maintain a clean and organized work areaAbility to perform physically demanding warehouse tasks, including loading, unloading, standing, walking, and moving merchandise throughout the shift--(Salary range based on experience)--ABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNELDo you need your next job fast?
