This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily operational activitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of employeesMonitor productivity and implement process improvementsEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and proceduresAnalyze performance metrics and prepare reportsResolve operational issues and escalate when necessaryCollaborate with other departments to meet company goalsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)3+ years of supervisory or leadership experienceStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office and/or operational software systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSLM takes pride in being an equal opportunity employer.
