Learn how you can start or jumpstart your career with us.Your Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and Maintain quality requirements for raw materials for use in the production of Photoresists and Associated Materials at advanced production nodesEstablish and Maintain critical process control parameters for raw material production in concert with internal and external vendorsInteract closely with vendors to ensure clear communication of DuPont’s expectations, including regular audits, technical meetings, and on-site visitsWork with multidisciplinary teams to determine root cause and corrective actions of material quality failureCoordinate with a global team to ensure success of all projectsEnsure new and existing raw material supply plans align with global strategyYour Qualification ProfileEssential: BS in Chemistry or ChemE with 5 years’ experience or MS in Chemistry or ChemE with 2 years’ experience in a chemical manufacturing environmentEssential: Understanding of statistical techniques including DOE, Control Charts, Gage R&R, ANOVAPreferred: Experience working in a global environment with communications across culturesPreferred: Experience working in the semiconductor or a related fieldEssential: Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerpointPreferred: Experience using a statistical software program (eg, JMP™)#On-site#Marlborough,MAJoin our Talent Community to stay connected with us!Qnity is an equal opportunity employer.
