Position: Fullstack Java DeveloperLOCATION: REMOTE (EST Preferred)Event Broker event management platform uses KAFKAApache Kafka is a distributed event store & stream processing platform. It is an open-source system written in Java and Scala. The project aims to provide a unified, high-throughput, low-latency platform for handling real-time data feeds. Kafka can connect to external systems (for data import/export) via Kafka Connect, and provides the Kafka Streams libraries for stream processing applications. Kafka uses a binary TCP-based protocol that is optimized for efficiency and relies on a "message set " abstraction that naturally groups messages together to reduce the overhead of the network roundtrip.Required Skillset Knowledge of writing JAVA code. Full-stack JAVA developer. Knowledge of Spring Boot applications. Spring Boot is an open-source Java framework used for programming standalone, production-grade Spring-based applications with minimal effort. Spring Boot is a convention-over-configuration extension for the Spring Java platform intended to help minimize configuration concerns while creating Spring-based applications. Knowledge of integration with KAFKA. Experience in handling communications at project-level with leads. Knowledge of JIRA PYHTON for scripting is an advantage. Elastic API's also an advantage.
