Our mission is simple: Your success is our mission.Position OverviewQAT Global is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and fueling our sales pipeline. This is a top-of-funnel, revenue-impacting role focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients. The BDR will be responsible for proactively generating high-quality leads, initiating conversations with decision-makers, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team. While this role partners closely with marketing and participates in community engagement, success is ultimately measured by pipeline generation and contribution to revenue growth. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys outbound prospecting, and is motivated by achieving measurable results.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead GenerationIdentify, research, and target prospective clients aligned with QAT Global’s ideal customer profile.Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) to generate qualified sales opportunities.Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.Qualify prospects based on business needs, technical fit, and buying readinessSchedule and hand off qualified meetings to sales leadership.Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity tracking in CRM systems.Develop and nurture early-stage relationships to convert interest into sales opportunities.Marketing CollaborationPartner with marketing to support outbound campaigns and lead generation initiatives.Leverage campaign messaging to enhance outreach effectiveness.Provide real-time feedback from prospects to improve targeting and messaging.Assist in building and refining targeted prospect lists.Events & Community EngagementRepresent QAT Global at targeted industry and networking events to generate new business connections.Proactively identify and engage potential prospects through community involvement.Track and follow up on event-generated leads to convert into sales opportunities.Data & Pipeline ManagementMaintain accurate pipeline and prospect data within CRM systems.Track outreach activity, engagement, and conversion metrics.Continuously optimize outreach strategies based on performance data and insights.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable with outbound outreach primarily via phone, but also through email, and social platforms.Experience with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot, ) is a plus.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.Preferred Skills & AttributesExperience supporting or executing email marketing campaigns.Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.Experience with Apollo.io or similar tools for prospecting, list building, and outbound campaign execution is highly preferredStrong networking skills and willingness to engage in community events.Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Passion for technology and helping clients solve complex challenges.What Success Looks LikeConsistent achievement of monthly and quarterly qualified meeting targets.Measurable contribution to sales pipeline growth and revenue generation.High activity levels across outbound channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn).Strong conversion rates from outreach to scheduled meetings.Effective collaboration with sales and marketing to drive demand generation.Clean, accurate, and actionable CRM data.
