Bartdenders and Servers
Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bartenders and Servers to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and ensuring a memorable dining or nightlife experience. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of food and beverage service, and a passion for hospitality. Experience with POS systems, food safety, and fine dining standards is highly preferred. This position offers an opportunity to work in a lively environment where guest relations and teamwork are valued.
Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and courteously, creating a welcoming atmosphere
Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed
Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems for seating management when applicable
Uphold sanitation standards during service to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
Support the team during busy periods, including nightclubs or special events
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred
Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
Experience with fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently
Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience and revenue
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Food safety certification or knowledge of sanitation practices preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including nights; weekend availability is advantageous
Host/host experience or bartending background is beneficial but not required
