Sweep is hiring a Bid Writer, to play a pivotal role in the writing, preparation, and coordination of our proposals to secure new business opportunities in the US. Sweep maps climate and ESG data across an entire business to reduce carbon emissions, improve social and environmental performance, and create audit-ready reports to run the best sustainability programs.Climate change is the defining issue of our time. What will I be doing?You'll be responsible for building compelling proposals, maintaining our centralized resources, and upholding our global RFP standards. Reporting into the Bid Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with various internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality proposals that align with the necessary requirements and objectives of the prospect or customer. This position requires exceptional writing and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.To be more specific, this includes:2. Bid Project Management 🔬 3. Organization of Sales Materials 🛠️4. Market Research and Continuous Improvement ⚙️ Bid Development and Writing 🔍Write persuasive and compelling content that highlights Sweep’s value proposition.Ensure proposals comply with specifications, industry standards, and brand guidelines.Edit and proofread proposals to ensure clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy.Organize and lead bid-related meetings to ensure all contributors are aligned on timelines and deliverables.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather critical information for bids.Integrate input from multiple sources into a cohesive and professional proposal.Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all bids are completed on timeServe as our in-house French expert for bid content and resources.Develop and maintain French translations of our English database and other bid resources.Support with the building of new materials for product developments or new customer requirements.Help track product feedback and trends from prospect and customer requests.That sounds just right for me.
