Training Coordinator - Video and eLearning 1485741Hourly pay: $45/hrWorksite: Leading university (Stanford, CA 94305 - Onsite, Primarily on-campus role with the ability to travel to various units for filming and training sessions)W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment, Possible extensionA leading university seeks a hands-on, content-driven Training Coordinator to make safety and technical training faster, smarter, and more engaging for the university community. The university offers a great work environment.Training Coordinator Responsibilities:Design and produce short-form training videos, interactive eLearning, and technical training programs.Develop impactful video-based learning assets, simulations, and assessments that drive learner engagement, compliance, and operational performance.Operate independently to plan, develop, and execute talent management and learning projects.Training Coordinator Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience.Experience designing and producing short-form training videos, interactive eLearning, and technical training programsAdept at translating complex technical and safety procedures into training modulesDemonstrated experience producing short-form training videos and digital learning content.Strong skills in video editing softwareExperience using learning management systems (LMS) and digital content authoring tools.Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple training projects at once.Experience supporting and communicating with multiple stakeholder groups including partners, customers, and campus leaders.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Experience in health, safety, facilities, security or technical training environments preferred.Knowledge of microlearning principles and best practices for modern learners preferred.Familiarity with accessibility standards for digital content preferred.Valid driver's license. Driving is required within the campus.Shift:* Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.(H)
