Physical Therapist Location: John Day, OR Agency: TRS Healthcare Pay: $2,546 per week Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TRS Healthcare is seeking an experienced LTC/SNF/Rehab Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in John Day, OR. The Physical Therapist must be certified to work in Oregon or be able to attain certification beforehand. Our healthcare professionals are expected to represent the vision, values, and mission of TRS Healthcare while on assignment. This is a 13 week assignment The shift is 12 hour days The start date for this assignment is 03/21/2026 Requirements Minimum Requirements Include: 2 years of Physical Therapist experience 1 year of recent LTC/SNF/Rehab experience Current LTC/SNF/Rehab certification within the state of practice.
