Start Date: 08/04/2023 (Ongoing Need) Coverage Needs Details: Inpatient Setting Call Only Ongoing need Call Details: 24/hr beeper call and night call Response Time: 30 minutes Call Ratio: Solo Callback%: 10% Avg Phone Consults per 24/hrs: 7-10 Avg Patients Seen per 24/hrs: 2-6 Avg Admissions per 24/hrs: 1-3 Candidate Requirements Client is considering candidates who still need to obtain licensure (Must be obtained prior to start date) Minimum Board Status: Board Eligible Required Certifications: PALS, NRP Job Details Client is willing to accept multiple providers Credentialing: Estimated 7-10 days (Temp Privileges Available) Patients Per Shift: 2-6 Beds in Department: 10 Admissions Required Support: 2 RN s Level 2 Trauma Facility EMR: Meditech Required Procedures Non-invasive Vent Management (Neo-puff) Ventilation Management (Newborn - Acute) Intubation ETT/NT (Newborn) UVC UAC Urgent Dates August 4 - 12 (7am to 7am) August 30 - September 3 (7am to 7am) More dates to come, as client will be needing additional coverage through 2024 Compensation for this opportunity is highly competitive at $1800/shift for 24/hr call and $175/hr for callback after 2 hours gratis.
