ROYAL BATHS MANUFACTURING COMPANY is an EEO Employer - M/F/Disability/Protected Veteran Status The Customer ServiceRepresentative is responsible for servicing our clients by developing andmaintaining relationships, processing orders, data entry, order organization.The individual must be self-motivated, able to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment. Duties and Responsibilities• Buildsrelationships within internal departments and clients to createmutually-beneficial efforts, attitudes, and procedures. • Resolvesproblems/issues while being helpful and sensitive to clients' needs. • Answersphones and responds to client requests. • Liaiseswith credit department on client releases as needed • Obtainspurchase orders (PO) from client-based systems; verifies PO with order toensure accuracy, and inputs purchase orders into company based software. • Maintainsand distributes daily schedules for field staff; communicates clientrequirements. • Schedulesservice calls and troubleshoots with field staff concerning services over thephone. • Prepare andsend billing documentation for client orders to accounting department • Otherresponsibilities as assigned by supervisor QualificationsEducation: • Equivalent education and/or experience combined. Experience: • Minimumof one (1) year customer service experience in a fast-paced environment • Strongknowledge of computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office Suite. • Experienceworking in a team environment • Experience in a fabrication or residential building products industry a plus Please visit our careers page to see more job opportunities.
