The RN is responsible for the safe administration of medications and supports physicians in delivering treatments and conducting diagnostic tests. Additional duties include obtaining vital signs, monitoring patient progress, and assessing the quality of care delivered by other multidisciplinary team members. The RN also ensures that all nursing observations and care records are current, accurate, and comprehensive. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
