Responsibilities New Dental, an affiliate of Smile Brands, is dedicated to delivering full‑service dentistry at our thriving, high‑volume practices. Endodontists enjoy a competitive production‑based compensation plan, with average earnings ranging from $7K to $10K+ per day. Qualifications Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) required Endodontic Specialty Certificate Compensation Compensation is based on a percentage of daily production.
