Alleva is the premier Behavioral Health EMR solution on the market, and we are proud to support treatment care teams with better workflows, better data, and better support.Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Development Representative based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some work from home. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify prospective behavioral health organizations, generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach, and respond to inbound inquiries. This role will schedule and coordinate product demos, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach campaigns. The Sales Development Representative will nurture early-stage relationships, articulate Alleva’s value proposition, and support the handoff of qualified opportunities to account executives.QualificationsDemonstrated Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including outbound prospecting and managing a high volume of outreach activities.Strong Sales and Business Development capabilities, with experience qualifying opportunities and supporting the sales pipeline.Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technology solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.Comfort using CRM and sales engagement tools, along with basic proficiency in productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).Ability to work in a hybrid environment in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed performance targets.Prior experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or behavioral health services is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
