The firm also supports clients with accounting services such as financial statement preparation, policy development, and operational assessments.Role DescriptionThis is an on-site, full-time Audit Manager role based in Atlanta, GA. The Audit Manager will lead and manage audit engagements, which includes planning, executing, and reviewing financial audits. Key responsibilities include preparing accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and regulatory standards, and guiding team members in their professional development. The individual will collaborate with clients, provide strategic insights, and ensure high-quality deliverables in a timely manner.QualificationsStrong knowledge and experience with Financial Statements and Financial AuditsProficiency in Finance and Accounting principles, practices, and standardsExceptional Analytical Skills to identify trends, discrepancies, and offer process improvementsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA certification is highly preferredExperience working with not-for-profit or governmental organizations is required
