This includes guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, approachable, and passionate about hospitality.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support the housekeeping team, including room attendants, housepersons, and laundry staffCreate and manage daily room assignment sheets, inspections, and deep cleaning schedulesInspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand standardsRecruit, train, schedule, and coach housekeeping staffMaintain par levels and ordering of linen, guest supplies, and cleaning productsWork collaboratively with Engineering and Front Office to ensure timely room turns and guest satisfactionMonitor labor productivity and ensure departmental expenses are in line with budgetRespond to guest feedback and resolve housekeeping-related service issuesEnsure compliance with safety and sanitation standards and proceduresSupport the team by stepping in to assist during high-volume periods or staff shortagesQualifications2+ years of supervisory or management experience in hotel housekeeping (preferred in full-service or lifestyle brands)Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to high standardsProficient in inventory management and scheduling tools.
