Job Description We are looking for an experienced and energetic individual to manage several mobile home parks within the city of Columbus. The right individual must have several years experience managing multi family properties. Office Responsibilities: Supervise the process of brining new homes into the community. Attract new tenants by selling homes Hire and supervise vendors and tradesmen Investigate and resolve tenant complaints Enforce property rules and regulations Rent collection, evictions, admin work Maintenance Responsibilities: Supervise maintenance personnel Qualifications: Previous experience in property management Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases Ability to build rapport with tenants Excellent written and verbal communication skills We do not provide any benefits.
