We are seeking a skilled and passionate Slice House Line Cook specializing in pizza preparation to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety, who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality pizzas, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring excellent food service standards. Prior experience in the food industry, especially in fine dining or catering, is highly valued to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Does contributing to a positive team and producing beautiful food sound like what you are looking for in a workplace Must Have 2 + year pizza making knowledge and/ or line cooking experience strongly preferred Have experience stretching doughAbility to multi -task Ability to collaborate and work with a diiverse teamMaintain full knowledge of ingredients and other pertinent information about our menu Drive to increase knowledge and uphoid high standard of food quality Follow chef guidance on procedures and leadersship Nights an weekends are a must Adhere to and have knowledge of all food Safety Standards Duties Prepare and assemble pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Maintain proper food handling and safety procedures at all times Assist with menu planning and ingredient ordering to ensure freshness and quality Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health regulations and safety standards Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitized throughout shifts Collaborate with team members to deliver timely service during busy periods Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients Support other kitchen staff as needed in meal preparation and plating Experience Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook within a restaurant setting Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques Experience with menu planning, catering, or fine dining environments is a plus Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Background in dietary department or dietary aide roles is advantageous Familiarity with food industry best practices related to food service, kitchen operations, and food handling Previous experience working in the culinary or hospitality sector demonstrates the ability to thrive under pressure and maintain high standards of quality Join our team to bring your culinary expertise to life while delivering memorable dining experiences!
