The company is investing heavily in top talent, scalable systems, and long-term partnerships, with an aggressive goal to double in size in the near term.This is a high-impact opportunity to join a fast-paced environment and help build the operational backbone of a scaling business.Position OverviewThe Office Manager will play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day administrative and financial operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability as the company continues to grow. This individual will act as a central hub across accounting, HR processes, and office operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance OperationsManage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processesSupport invoicing, collections, and vendor paymentsAssist with month-end close activities (reconciliations, reporting, coordination with finance team)Payroll & HR AdministrationAdminister payroll processing (hourly + salaried employees)Manage new hire onboarding, including documentation and system setupMaintain employee records and support compliance requirementsOffice & Operations ManagementOversee office supplies, utilities, and purchasingCoordinate with vendors and service providersMaintain organized office systems and operational workflowsAdministrative SupportServe as a key administrative partner to leadershipSupport internal communication and coordination across teamsRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in an Office Manager, Administrative, or Operations roleExperience within a landscape or construction company is requiredStrong working knowledge of:Accounts Payable / Accounts ReceivablePayroll administrationEmployee onboarding processesHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitaskComfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentExperience with NetSuite or QuickBooksExposure to month-end close processesFamiliarity with collaboration tools such as SlackBilingual (English/Spanish)Experience with industry-specific platforms such as Aspire or ServiceTitanWork EnvironmentFully onsite (5 days/week)Collaborative, team-oriented culture with direct exposure to leadershipCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary (commensurate with experience)Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time offGrowth OpportunityThis role offers significant upside for someone looking to grow with a company in high-growth mode.
