Actual offers may be more or less than the amounts shown depending on candidate’s qualifications, experience, internal equity, and other factors.Job Family DescriptionProcedures personnel develop and document procedures and electronic rounds (eRounds) for program and facility operations using organizational processes and software. They ensure procedures include flow down of requirements from Department of Energy Orders, federal regulations, and consensus codes and standards to comply with contractual requirements.Discipline DescriptionProcedure personnel are responsible for the development of site-wide and company policies, procedures, and electronic rounds (eRounds) related to the operation and management of programs and facilities. They develop, analyze, and revise existing administrative processes and management controls including standard operating practices, procedures, eRounds, management systems, and documentation. They develop and/or coordinate improved policies, methods, procedures, eRounds, instructions, and forms to achieve greater operational efficiency, increase safety, and to ensure compliance with regulations. They work with subject matter experts to develop new procedures and incorporate changes to existing procedures.Some Typical Duties & Responsibilities IncludeUnder direct guidance, provide support to form owners, designees, and other stakeholders to resolve routine form issues in direct or indirect support of procedures.Support form development, review, and approval processes. Assist with distribution to appropriate personnel in accordance with the established review and approval process. Participate appropriately in group assigned functions and/or training. Assist in organizing and ensuring the accuracy of forms documents, processing customer print requests, and processing Stores replenishment requisitions. Route and track forms through all stages of the process. This tracking may involve automated databases, document tracking, and retrieval systems. Expedite critical path forms through appropriate review and approval processes. Maintain metadata and document library information of active forms and prepare various tracking and trending reports as required.
