Engineering Technician
In this role, you will be responsible for creating submittal and production drawings, based on customer supplied documents such as project plans, specifications, addenda, change orders, emails, correspondence, in consideration of ASTM, AASHTO, NCPA, ACPA, and DOT specifications and iCast production techniques and standards. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential to effectively interact with team members, including other engineering technicians and reviewers, project coordinators, estimators, sales team members, and production staff. Typical day to day duties of this role include preparing submittal drawings and production drawings using StackIT, AutoCAD, and/or other related software.Strong computer skills are required, and proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat is required.This role is an in-office expected schedule of 40-50 hours per week, with increased hours expected occasionally if required in order to meet commitment dates.
