Insulation FabricatorInsulation Fabricators fabricate and assemble various insulation parts used in the manufacturing of power transformers. You will use various drawings issued from the design group to shape, assemble, check for quality, and deliver to the required department. These materials help prevent electrical short circuits and ensure the efficient and safe operation of the transformer. On-the-job training to operate the equipment will be provided. The employee must also be able to see in close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Job requires a moderate level of physical effort.Work Environment:Workers are subjected to dust and noise and are exposed to an environment without temperature control for heat or cold.
