Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role located in Aubrey, TX, for a Behavioral Health Technician. In this position, you will deliver behavior intervention services to individuals with diverse behavioral needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, documenting client progress, and supporting skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs in alignment with ABA principles. Additionally, you will collaborate with family members and caregivers to ensure continuity in behavior management strategies. Qualifications Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavioral Intervention techniquesStrong understanding of Behavior Analysis and foundational knowledge in PsychologyEffective Communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and team membersRelevant certifications such as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certificationCompassionate, patient, and empathetic approach when working with clientsAbility to follow detailed treatment plans and document progress accuratelyReliable transportation and readiness to work in an on-site setting in Prosper, TXPrevious experience in behavioral health or related fields is a plus
