About Us: Align Care Physical Therapy is a growing, patient-focused outpatient and home care practice dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate physical therapy services. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our home care team in the Orange, NJ area. Job Responsibilities: Provide skilled physical therapy treatments to patients in their homes under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Carry out treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional activities Monitor and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety Communicate effectively with supervising PT and clinical team Maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of New Jersey (required) Experience in home care or outpatient setting preferred (new grads welcome) Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Strong interpersonal and communication skills Compassionate, organized, and patient-centered Schedule & Compensation: Flexible scheduling available (weekday and/or weekend cases) Competitive per-visit or hourly pay (based on experience) Consistent caseload in the Nutley and surrounding areas Benefits (if applicable): Flexible schedule Supportive clinical team Opportunity for growth within a growing practice Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Home Care Location: Orange, NJ (Home Visits in Surrounding Areas) Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Per Diem (flexible) Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week Benefits: Travel reimbursement Work Location: On the road
