Supply Chain & Logistics Intern — Roller RabbitPosition OverviewThe Supply Chain & Logistics Intern will support the Operations team in managing day-to-day supply chain, logistics, and operational processes across the business. This internship provides hands-on experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, ERP systems, warehouse operations, and cross-functional communication within a fast-paced retail environment.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn operational systems, and interested in gaining experience in supply chain and logistics within the retail and ecommerce industry.MUST BE ELEGIBLE FOR SUMMER 2026 CREDITMUST BE LOCATED IN THE NY/NJ AREAKey ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain & Logistics SupportAssist with tracking inbound shipments from factories to warehouse receiptSupport supply chain coordination including shipment updates, inventory tracking, and supply managementHelp monitor the movement of goods from production through fulfillmentAssist in communicating with carriers, freight partners, and logistics vendorsERP & Systems SupportSupport data entry and transaction processing within NetSuite or related ERP systemsHelp maintain accurate inventory records, purchase orders, and operational dataWarehouse & 3PL CoordinationAssist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments with warehouse teams and third-party logistics (3PL) partnersHelp ensure accurate product receiving, storage, and distribution processesCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with teams across production, merchandising, finance, and ecommerceSupport communication between departments to ensure operational alignmentData & ReportingMaintain accurate operational reports using Excel and internal systemsTrack basic KPIs related to inventory, fulfillment, and logistics performancePreferred QualificationssCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field.Strong interest in supply chain, logistics, ecommerce, or retail operations.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Familiarity with NetSuite or ERP systems is a plus.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Previous internship or relevant coursework in operations or logistics is a plus.
